1. 接電話開場(chǎng)白,可以說:
接電話的開場(chǎng)白:
拿起話筒的時(shí)候,可先用"Hello." "Good morning." "Good afternoon. "等問候?qū)Ψ?,并?bào)上自己的公司名、部門名、姓名等,如此可予人態(tài)度親切的感覺。
(1) 早安。這里是XX公司。我能效勞嗎? Good morning. This is XX Company. May I help you?
(2) 午安。這里是工商銀行。我能為您效勞嗎? Good afternoon. This is Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. What can I do for you?
(3) 先鋒電子。我是吳瑪莉。 Pioneer Electronics. This is Mary Wu speaking.
(4) 喂。海外營(yíng)業(yè)部。我是王大明。 Hello. Overseas Sales Department. Taming Wang speaking.
(5) 喂。這里是王公館。 Hello. This is the Wang residence.
2. 詢問對(duì)方是誰,可以問:
① Who's that?
② Who's speaking (calling), please? 千萬不能問 Who are you?
3. 詢問對(duì)方是不是某人,應(yīng)問:
Is that ...? 或 Is that ... speaking (calling)? 絕對(duì)不能問 Are you ...?
4. 通話時(shí),有重要的事情要處理,不得不中斷通話,要有禮貌地請(qǐng)對(duì)方稍等,可以說:
① Hold on, please.
② Just a moment, please.
③ Wait a minute, please.
5. 通話時(shí),應(yīng)說明打電話的意圖或征求對(duì)方的意見,可以說:
① I'm calling to tell you ...
② I'm calling to ask you ...
③I see. Put him on line two.
④Would you wait a moment, please? (to PBX) Mr Hunter, Mr. Wood wants to buy some computer software.
6. 打電話時(shí),撥錯(cuò)了電話號(hào)碼,應(yīng)說:Sorry, wrong number
