（1）引導并列關(guān)系的

3)not only…but (also), as well as不但…而且）

She plays not only the piano, but (also) the guitar.

not only…but also關(guān)聯(lián)兩個分句時，一個分句因有否定詞not而必須倒裝。

Not only does he like reading stories, but also he can even write some.

注意 ：as well as與not only... but also...

名詞+as well as+名詞作主語時，強調(diào)前面的名詞，謂語動詞要根據(jù)前面的名詞而定。not only...but also...連接名詞作主語時，其強調(diào)在后者，謂語動詞要根據(jù)后面的名詞而定。

4)neithe…nor意思為"既不……也不……"謂語動詞采用就近原則，與nor后的詞保持一致。

（2）表示選擇的關(guān)系

1）or意思為"否則"。I must work hard, or I'll fail in the exam.

2）Would you like milk or coffee ??（牛奶和咖啡是并列的，表示選擇）

3) either…or意思為"或者……或者……"。注意謂語動詞采用就近原則。

注意：or 與 either...or...

1) but表示轉(zhuǎn)折，while表示對比。
